Marvellous location, pretty nice area, right by Carbis beach and even the city centre, the centre of the town and varnishing the 1890's period woodwork. Besides, excellent for visiting an art gallery.

Had a very nice stay on a Thursday night, glad I've chosen it. I greatly enjoyed the room with shared bathroom, the bed was comfy. A TV set and coffee were a nice touch. The hotel was in a magnificent location near the bay, and a beautiful beach, the harbour and the main town. Found time to see Liverpool One Shopping Complex, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

It was reasonable base for travelling to Cornwall, I was glad to stay there. The breakfast was delicious and for vegetarian, the staff was polite and welcoming. The location was amazing and perfect, close to the beach, shops and restaurant's, 2 fantastic beaches, and a coastal walking path. I had a such wonderful stay in a long time.

Came with my large family, everything was amazing. The employees were very friendly. They provided a wide array of fabulous choices for breakfast that was included. The location was convenient and ideal for Cornwall, near to shops and porthminster and carbis bay and all the coastal walks. Café Tesco - Costa Coffee located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Enjoyed my weekend here and would stay here again.
